Hanley Foundation has appointed Allan M. Katz, a seasoned domestic and global finance leader, as its chief financial officer (CFO). Allan M. Katz will play a crucial role in the Foundation’s continued growth and success in revolutionizing recovery nationwide.

With decades of experience in strategic financial leadership, Katz has a strong track record in guiding operational improvement, expense control, and crisis management within both domestic and global financial services firms. He joins the Hanley Foundation after serving as CFO for Siebert Williams Shank (SWS). Prior to his position at SWS, Katz was CFO at the global investment firm Guggenheim Partners. Katz holds an MBA in finance and international business from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Binghamton University.

Dedicated to giving back, Katz has been actively engaged with nonprofit organizations such as the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, PENCIL’s New York City Principal for a Day program, and Junior Achievement USA. His steadfast commitment to corporate social responsibility has been a defining aspect of his career, highlighting his passion for service and mentorship.
