It’s so important to teach our kids how to de-stress in appropriate ways. It doesn’t have to be a long time and it doesn’t have to be expensive.
Play at the park or beach, play tag in the backyard. Are you more of an indoor family—play a board game or video game together or even a pillow fight. We have had crazy dance off nights and even lightsaber duals.
