Core Training Programs and Costs

Narcan Training

  • Duration: 1 hour
  • Cost: $10 per participant (Max 45)
    This training equips participants with the knowledge and skills to identify and respond to opioid overdoses effectively. Attendees will learn how to recognize overdose signs, administer Narcan, and take critical steps to save lives in emergency situations. Each participant will receive a Narcan kit, empowering them to provide immediate, life-saving intervention when it matters most.

Trauma-Informed Care (ACES & Toxic Stress Workshop)

  • 1.5-hour session: $45 per participant (Max 35)
  • 4.5-hour session: $85 per participant (Max 35)
    Explores the impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and toxic stress on individuals’ well-being. Participants will learn strategies to recognize the effects of trauma, foster resilience, and provide compassionate, supportive care. This training equips attendees with practical tools to create safe and healing environments for trauma-affected individuals.

Substance Use Disorder Awareness

  • Duration: 2 hours
  • Cost: $50 per participant (Max 50)
    This training provides an in-depth understanding of the causes, symptoms, and impacts of substance use disorders. Participants will explore prevention strategies, treatment options, and ways to reduce stigma while promoting recovery and support. This training empowers individuals to foster compassion and advocate for effective solutions in their communities.

Active Bystander & First Aid Training

  • Duration: 3 hours
  • Cost: $35 per participant (Max 45)
    This training teaches participants essential skills to intervene safely and effectively in emergencies or tense situations. Through active listening techniques and basic first aid practices, attendees will learn how to de-escalate conflicts and provide immediate support. This training empowers individuals to take proactive steps in fostering safety and care in their communities.

Mental Health Awareness Training (MHAT)

  • Duration: 2 hours
  • Cost: $35 per participant (Max 45)
    This training equips participants with the skills to recognize and respond to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. This training emphasizes empathy, understanding, and effective communication to provide support and reduce stigma. Participants will gain practical tools to promote mental well-being and create a more compassionate community.

Zero Suicide Initiative – QPR Gatekeeper Training

  • Duration: 1-1.5 hours
  • Cost: $35 per participant (Max 35)
    This foundational training focuses on mastering the three essential steps—Question, Persuade, and Refer—to help prevent suicide and connect individuals to appropriate resources. It provides a concise, practical introduction designed to equip participants with the basic tools and knowledge to intervene effectively.

Zero Suicide Initiative – QPR Plus Gatekeeper Training

  • Duration: 3 hours
  • Cost: $70 per participant (Max 35)
    QPR Plus expands on the foundational QPR Gatekeeper Training with an advanced, interactive approach. Offered in-person or on a live virtual platform, this program includes comprehensive role-playing exercises and breakout room discussions to deepen participants’ understanding and application of the three essential steps—Question, Persuade, and Refer. This enhanced training focuses on building confidence, refining skills, and fostering meaningful connections to better address suicide prevention efforts.

Advanced and Youth-Focused Training

QPRT Suicide Risk Management Training

  • Duration: 20.5 hours
  • Cost: $468 per participant (Max 10)
    This program is designed for healthcare professionals, providing advanced tools for assessing and managing suicide risk through evidence-based methods. Participants will learn to identify risk factors, develop personalized safety plans, implement interventions, and master documentation and communication best practices. With interactive exercises, role-playing, and case studies, this training builds practical expertise and confidence for real-world applications, making it ideal for clinicians, primary care providers, and emergency responders committed to life-saving care

Youth Mental Health First Aid

  • Duration: 8 hours
  • Cost: $115 per participant (Max 35)
    This training equips adults with the knowledge to identify, understand, and respond to mental health challenges faced by adolescents. Participants will learn to recognize warning signs, provide initial support, and connect young people to appropriate resources. This training fosters a supportive environment to promote the well-being of youth in schools, communities, and families.
