Two executives from Hanley Foundation have been selected to join renowned leadership development programs in Florida. Lindsey White, Hanley Foundation’s chief advancement officer, will join Leadership Florida’s Cornerstone Class 43, while Kate Keller, Hanley’s special events director, will join Leadership Palm Beach County’s Engage Class of 2026. With strong statewide and local alumni networks, both programs bring together an elite community of influential leaders from business, government, academia, and the nonprofit sector to inspire collaboration and drive meaningful change.

A native Floridian, White has more than 15 years of nonprofit experience with an emphasis on annual and capital campaigns, donor engagement, cultivation events, corporate philanthropy, community outreach, marketing, and cross-promotional partnerships. As a part of Leadership Florida’s prestigious Cornerstone Class program, White will join 55 of the state’s most accomplished leaders for a nine-month educational experience designed to refine leadership skills. The program provides opportunities for members to form lasting relationships and deepen their impact on the state’s future.

“Leadership Florida’s mission to unite diverse leaders and cultivate meaningful connections strongly reflects my own commitment to collaboration, community, and service,” said Lindsey White, chief advancement officer of Hanley Foundation. “I look forward to engaging with this exceptional group of change-makers and contributing to the collective effort to shape a stronger future for Florida.”

A highly respected leader in event marketing, Keller has more than two decades of experience in development, public relations, and marketing. Prior to joining Hanley in 2024, she held leadership positions at Alzheimer’s Community Care and the Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County. As a member of Leadership Palm Beach County’s Engage Class of 2026, Keller will join a group of local leaders to dive into pressing community topics with fresh eyes and a shared commitment to impact. The highly selective, 10-month program unites community leaders and offers participants a transformative learning experience with the intent to better Palm Beach County.

“Leadership Palm Beach County offers an incredible opportunity to grow as a leader and create meaningful change,” said Kate Keller, special events director at Hanley Foundation. “I’m excited to deepen my understanding of community issues and explore new ways to make a lasting impact in Palm Beach County.”
