Hanley’s Family Support Group
Hanley’s Family Support Group offers free, virtual meetings every Tuesday and Wednesday via Zoom for individuals with loved ones facing substance use disorders. Facilitated by clinical team members, these interactive sessions provide a safe and supportive environment to share experiences, gain education about addiction and recovery, and receive encouragement. The group focuses on helping participants navigate the challenges of supporting a loved one while prioritizing their own growth and well-being. Open to anyone, these meetings are an accessible resource for fostering understanding, connection, and resilience.

Family Support for Children
In addition to our adult support offerings, Hanley Foundation partnered with the National Association for Children of Addiction (NACoA) to provide a Children’s Family Program designed specifically for children ages 7–12 who have been affected by a loved one’s substance use. This free, in-person program offers a safe and nurturing environment where children can express their feelings, learn healthy coping skills, and understand that they are not responsible for their family member’s addiction. Through therapeutic activities, play-based learning, and guided support, kids begin to build emotional resilience and connect with others who share similar experiences. The program also supports caregivers by providing tools to strengthen family communication and promote healing at home.
